Our Story

American Civil Concrete was founded 3 years ago by two civil engineers who wanted to make a change in the construction industry, especially in the site development business.

Our business model is simple. We create a network of underground utilities contractors all over Florida, we bid the projects, and we assign the projects to whoever is available.
